BACK2THEFRESH Now that Universal Music Group has EMI (split with Sony/ATV), Terra Firma (venture capitol firm owned by Guy Hands) wants a new trial with Citi Group (U.S Bank who’s single largest share holder is Saudi Prince Alwaleed). Hold on, stop the press! Guy Hands shouldn’t forget about how once he purchased EMI for ÂŁ4 billion, EMI then appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (an accountancy firm “GIANTS”) as the independent administration. I personally would have appointed someone from Terra Firma considering that he used Terra Firm to buy EMI in the first place. And after all it was Guy Hands who said that PricewaterhouseCoopers “The Appointed” did keep him in the dark about being behind on payments. I think it should be Terra Firma vs PricewaterhouseCoopers, just a thought. Billboard
