BACK2THEFRESH (AP) Our condolences goes out to the family & friends of former NBA legend turned award winning film maker, Kobe Bryant. Kobe Bryant who was 41yrs of age passed away in a helicopter crash early this morning in Calabases California.

Nine other people died in the same crash including his daughter Gianna Bryant, who was 13yrs of age. Kobe Bryant was drafted into the NBA in 1996 fresh out of Lower Marion high-school in Pennsylvania to the Los Angelos Lakers. The Los Angelos Lakers is the only NBA team he has ever played for.

After playing 20 yrs in the NBA, he is considered to be the best NBA player of all time by many. After announcing his retirement in 2016, he became a film maker who won an Oscar for his 6 minute short film, “Dear Basketball” in 2018.
