BACK2THEFRESH (EX) COVID 19 has taken a toll on brick and mortar businesses worldwide to the point that more people began shopping online just as predicted. It was once said that if a brick and mortar business didn’t have an online presence, it would cease to exist after a while. I’m pretty sure that statement was meant for national and international businesses, and not the mom and pop store, because of its accessibility.
What happens when online shopping decreases out of fear of “non delivery“? As an educated consumer, it is your duty, to take care of your family and yourself first. With that being said, make it a habit to question the morals of the corporate entity, with whom you’ve decided to do business with. After all, it is your hard earned income that you’ve decided to exchange, for a product that you haven’t physically touched, heard, tasted, smelled, or have physically seen. You’ve decided to trust “strangers“, who need your business, in an over saturated market.
And since the market is so over saturated, corporations are in competition for your business. You’re not in competition with them. They need you, as a customer. So make sure that you communicate and express yourself to the fullest extent of expression “if” you have the option to do so. And if they’re hospitality isn’t pleasing and satisfying, then they are not for you. The power is in your hands, and the perspective is in your minds eye.
