BACK2THEFRESH (EX) On June 1st 2020 at 8:00 am, a few months after the COVID 19 Pandemic began, I was awakened by thunderous hammering just pounding the asphalt. I hopped out of bed and immediately jumped into the shower. I threw on some clothes and headed outside to see what all of the commotion was about. I scoured the area for about 30 minutes before I stopped to speak with Ken (Butch) Dreisbach, a supervisor at A.P. Construction, Inc. He said that they were diligently at work completing a project as agreed upon. So I asked him for a business card because I didn’t want to impede anyone’s progress. The motto on the business card says, “Building excellence, one project at a time.”

I left and headed towards home to check out their company site APCONSTRUCTION.COM. According to the company’s site they’ve been in business for 67 years, and started off with one truck and one shovel. Some of their clients include but not limited to University Of Penn, Drexel University, Temple University, Rowan University, Camden County College, The Philadelphia Eagles, United States Postal Service, Fair-mount Park and many other companies and organizations.

I thought that these guys were so impressive that I promised them that I’d construct a story around what they were constructing, because I’m also sort of an engineer of things.

September 28th at 9:37 am I ran into Doug who was inside of his vehicle and had a brief discussion with him about the enviornment they were working on. Like Butch, he was extremely communicative and happy about the task at hand.

And just like Olympic Gymnast elegantly dancing on the floor, I give A.P Construction a 10 for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I recommend them for any construction and design project.
