BACK2THEFRESH (EX) Years ago in the early 2000’s I met Business Mogul Russel Simmons. At the time my diet wasn’t like it is now. I ate plenty of steak and other red meats that sat on my body.

But I recently thought about how his public business maneuvers has influenced me. Over the last few years, he had a cluster of women accuse him of doing things that forced him to publicly disappear from business ventures.
